SMS MESSAGING POLICY

Program Description

SHIELDGATE CYBER LLC provides AI-powered business communication services. We send SMS text messages on behalf of our business clients to their opted-in customers. Message types include:

• Call summaries and transcripts after AI-answered calls

• Appointment confirmations and reminders

• Lead follow-up notifications

• Security and service alerts

• Billing and account notifications

How Consent Is Obtained

End-users provide express written consent before any SMS messages are sent. Consent is collected through one of the following methods:

• Web form submission with a clearly visible SMS consent checkbox stating: "By checking this box, I agree to receive automated text messages from SHIELDGATE CYBER AT +1(866)-879-0928. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

• Verbal opt-in during a phone call, confirmed with a double opt-in SMS confirmation

• Signed client intake form SHIELDGATE CYBER requires all business clients to certify that end-user consent has been obtained before activating SMS features.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Typical range: 1 to 10 messages per day per end-user. Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation: "You have been unsubscribed from SHIELDGATE CYBER messages. No further messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe."

How to Get Help (HELP)

To get help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@shieldgatecyber.com. Support hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM ET.

No Sharing of Phone Numbers

We will not share, sell, or rent phone numbers to third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for delivering the transactional services described above.

SHIELDGATE CYBER uses Twilio, Inc. as its SMS delivery infrastructure provider. All messaging complies with Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy and CTIA messaging guidelines.
